These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ba9993 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the ba9993 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Services").

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on ba9993. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

All financial transactions on ba9993 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba9993 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your ba9993 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. ba9993 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ba9993 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. ba9993 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal funds will only be remitted to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• ba9993 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• ba9993 applies standard AML screening to all transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction via your payment provider while simultaneously holding a ba9993 balance constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

All sports bets placed on ba9993 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by ba9993's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by ba9993's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a system error, network interruption, or technical failure during the bet placement process, ba9993 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts to the player's account balance.

• Minimum stake: ৳10 per bet selection.
• Maximum stake and winnings are subject to per-market limits as displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. ba9993 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• ba9993 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement, where a pricing error is evident, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as the original stake amount only; no interest or compensation is payable.
• ba9993 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including accounts displaying patterns consistent with arbitrage, syndicate betting, or bonus abuse.

ba9993 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ba9993 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet a stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.

• ba9993 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

ba9993 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant, and ba9993 may deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from any remaining balance, as detailed in the account dormancy policy.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
